The entertainment industry has reinvented itself several times over the course of my career. I've made a habit of reinventing alongside it.

For more than 20 years, I've built my career at the intersection of entertainment, technology, education, and strategic partnerships– helping connect creative people with opportunities, organizations with audiences, and ideas with execution.

After graduating magna cum laude from Emerson College with a degree in Theatre Studies and Arts Management, I began my career with Carolyn Pickman at CP Casting, contributing to projects including Gone Baby Gone and learning firsthand how exceptional talent is discovered. That experience led me to Sony Pictures Television, where I worked in the television casting department during the development of Breaking Bad. Watching Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn bring those iconic characters to life in the audition room remains one of the defining moments of my career.

From there, I spent several years working alongside Emmy Award-winning Casting Director Danielle Eskinazi on more than 200 national commercial campaigns. As the industry shifted toward self-tapes, virtual auditions, and digital workflows, I found myself increasingly drawn to the technology transforming entertainment.

That curiosity led me to Casting Frontier and, following its acquisition, Talent Systems' Casting Networks, where I spent four years managing enterprise partnerships across Western North America. Working with studios, production companies, agencies, and creative organizations, I helped clients navigate one of the most significant technological shifts the entertainment industry has ever experienced while generating more than $1.6 million in annual recurring revenue.

Most recently, I expanded my perspective beyond entertainment as a Business Development Manager at WGSN, partnering with global brands to translate consumer behavior, cultural trends, and emerging technologies into long-term business strategy. It reinforced something I've always believed: understanding what's next is just as important as understanding where you've been.

Today, my career has come full circle. I'm proud to be collaborating once again with Carolyn Pickman through CP Casting while co-founding New England Casting House, an initiative dedicated to strengthening New England's film and television community through casting, education, and industry partnerships. I'm also honored to guest lecture at Emerson College, Boston College, and AMDA Los Angeles, helping the next generation of creative professionals navigate an industry that's evolving faster than ever. Most recently, Carolyn and I partnered with Falmouth Community Television to launch the Acting for Film & Television Intensive, an application-based program that connects aspiring actors with working casting professionals and practical, real-world industry training.

Whether I'm advising brands, supporting productions, building partnerships, mentoring artists, or helping organizations embrace emerging technology, my work has always been guided by the same belief: great things happen when creative people are given the right opportunitiesand the right connections.

If you're building something at the intersection of entertainment, technology, education, or creative partnerships, I'd love to connect. Let's build something meaningful together.
